Voter Information

Independents Voters can also vote in the PRIMARY for the Board of Education races. Tell your friends! This is a non-partisan race so anyone registered to vote can vote for any candidate running for the Board of Education. 

Early Voting starts May 2nd through May 9th from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and that includes Saturdays and Sundays! In person early voting sites are: 

Ward Farm Park Vote Center, 10455 Ward Road, Dunkirk, MD 20754

Community Resources Building, 30 Duke St. Lower Level, Prince Frederick, MD 20678

Southern Community Center, 20 Appeal Lane, Lusby, MD 20657

Ballot Drop Off Locations: Community Resources Building, 30 Duke St. Prince Frederick; Fairview Library, 8120 Southern Maryland Blvd. Owings; Northeast Community Center, 4075 Gordon Stinnett Ave. Chesapeake Beach; and Southern Community Center, 20 Appeal Lane, Lusby, MD. 

Primary Election Day is Tuesday May 14, 2024 from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Double check your voting site since the following voting sites have been closed: Patuxent Appeal Elementary Campus; Mill Creek Middle School; Northern Middle; and Fairview Vote Center.
